It's illegal now to have a Chimp as a pet, but "Travis's" Owner was allowed to keep him due to a "Grand Father" clause: he was there pet before the law went into effect. Sandra Herold should be shamed in my opinion. Giving her "pet" wine and Xanax is not right.
